Ski Trails Update 02/06/23
Things are a bit too warm to groom today, but the hard packed snow from the weekend is softening up and making for some nice skiing around the network. Here are the updates:
Parks: North Branch Park & NBNC groomed on Thursday. Upper trails in NB not groomed, but packed in by MAMBA and users. Word is that fat biking conditions are the best of the season right now. Hubbard Park groomed over the weekend, but there are many windblown branches down on the trails so don’t bring your best skis.
North St./Morse Farm: Groomed yesterday (Sunday) with tracks laid throughout, conditions are reported to be great. Parking lots plowed at Cummings Rd. and Country Rd. across from the gray barn. Remember to stay on the groomed trails and not wander as landowner permission is granted only for the groomed areas.
Country Club Rd. Site: Last groomed on Thursday. Conditions fair.
U-32: Groomed in the open areas, woods trails still have trees down.
Here’s a summary of where dogs can and cannot go:
Parks: Dogs welcome — on leash at NB Park and off-leash in Hubbard (please follow Canine Code of Conduct)
NBNC: Dogs on leash
North St./Morse Farm: No dogs. Please respect this because all trails are on private land and public access is granted through generous permission.
U-32: No dogs
